The bill (Reg.
No.8730) harmonizes provisions of the Budget Code of Ukraine and the Law "On
Judicial System and the Status of Judge" in part of qualifying the expenditures
on judges allowances to the protected expenditures of the State Budget of
Ukraine.
The amendments present a new version of part 2 of clause 55 of the Budget Code of Ukraine that contains a register of protected expenditures of the State Budget to envisage that expenses on judges allowances are qualified as protected expenditures of the State Budget.
